Business Development Manager - Waste Management
The Role of Business Development Manager
1. This is a home / field based Strategic Business Development role.
2. You will be responsible for strategically managing commercial relationships with key customers, providing total waste management solutions.
3. The Business Development Manager will target multi-site accounts spending between £50-£150K.
4. You will be tasked with building partnerships with Sustainability Managers, Procurement, Environmental Managers, Health & Safety, Service Managers, and up to C-Level decision makers, developing account plans for the short, medium, and long term.
5. The Business Development Manager will look to cross-sell and up-sell other services into the business to maximize incremental growth opportunities.

The Candidate for the Business Development Manager
1. A strong new business / field sales background (contracted services / service contracts or Waste OR FM services).
2. A strategic person with experience in developing account growth plans.
The Package on offer for the Business Development Manager
1. £50,000 - £55,000
2. 20% OTE / Bonus
3. Company bonus structure
4. £500 per month car allowance or company car (hybrid)
