COMPANY
An exciting opportunity to work for an established and global company based in Luton as a Sales Executive. The successful candidate will have culinary experience and a genuine passion for food. Previous sales or call centre experience isn't necessary. Instead, we are looking for individuals with hands-on experience working in a kitchen environment and the enthusiasm to share their culinary knowledge with customers. Confidence, excellent communication skills, and a love for food are essential for this role.
SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Confident and upbeat telephone manner.
2. Culinary experience, working within a fast-paced kitchen.
3. Ambitious, enthusiastic, and pro-active.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Fast learner and the ability to work well on own initiative and as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prospecting to companies via telephone, email, and messaging, with the aim to book appointments.
2. Qualifying leads and updating the system with relevant information.
3. E-mail marketing and calling campaigns.
4. Tracking and reporting on the lead qualification process, and ensuring all leads are followed up accordingly.
5. Arrange and host online webinars and follow up with attendees.
