Key Responsibilities: ⦁ Generate and process timesheets ⦁ Set up new staff on the payroll system ⦁ Perform data entry for payroll processing ⦁ Process notifications from HMRC ⦁ Handle pension processing ⦁ Generate P45s and end-of-year reports ⦁ Perform general administrative duties as required Ideal Candidate: ⦁ Willingness to learn and develop new skills ⦁ Demonstrable experience in a previous role processing payroll ⦁ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal ⦁ Professional and approachable manner ⦁ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ⦁ Strong attention to detail and accuracy Training: The successful applicant will be using the payroll system Tempaid. While prior experience with this package is not required, full training will be provided to the right candidate.
