Are you looking to settle into a stable permanent team, with an entire permanent senior leadership team?
The permanence team in Kent is expanding with extra capacity, easing workloads of current team members. You would be bringing your experience with working with children in placements to further bolster their 0-18 Children in Care, Looked After Children team.
What else does the role offer for you?
Salaries range from £34,834 - £44,428 per annum
Locations: West Kent
The package includes:
* welcome payment of £4,000 (pro rata)
* an annual retention payment of £2,000 (pro rata)
* a relocation package of up to £8,000.
* Flexible working options
* generous annual leave starting at 25.5 days and increasing to 30.5 days after five years, and the ability to purchase 10 additional days per year provide added flexibility.
