Responsibilities:
4. Responsible for owning/developing small to mid-sized customer accounts of moderate complexity under some supervision, for respective lines of business to win new business and maximize the potential of the account.
5. Responsible for increasing both customer loyalty and profitability by using full knowledge of assigned product/service line.
6. Responsible for growing TD SYNNEX’s share of wallet (market share) with the vendor.
7. Clear understanding of TD SYNNEX's core value proposition and demonstrates ability to communicate with context to customer requirements.
8. Translates vendor objectives into actionable vendor business plan.
9. Specific large deal & pipeline engagement within a technology domain.
10. Driving the presence and profile of the vendor(s) internally within TD SYNNEX and externally to customers.
11. Negotiate on deals and rebates.
12. Input into purchasing, sales and pricing policy.
13. Strategic input into vendor market propositions.
14. Support the development and execution of marketing plans alongside the Marketing Manager.
15. Works in strong collaboration with FSE.
16. Accurate and timely weekly forecasting and pipeline development.
17. Development of key channel relationships.
18. Key customer engagement.
19. Vendor operational, sales and marketing team engagement.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
20. Leasing experience.
21. Consistently applies qualification processes to assess business opportunity.
22. Excellent emotional intelligence able to connect strongly and influence decision making at a Senior Executive level (customers & vendors).
23. Self-motivator able to define and achieve clear individual, team and company priorities and execute autonomously.
24. Confident and informed decision-making qualities and a proven negotiator.
25. Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external business partners.
26. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
27. An ability to stimulate others to successfully drive change and absorb new ideas.
28. Skilled multi-level relationship builder able to operate in a matrix environment.
29. Strong orientation towards and experience in services and solution selling.
30. Proven experience in account and portfolio development.
31. Strategic planning and business case development.
32. Proven ability to self-manage in an external environment.
THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE 3-4 DAYS PER WEEK TRAVEL WITH OCCASIONAL OFFICE ATTENDANCE
