Salary: Up to £34,000 Pro Rata, part time working

What you’ll be doing
* Responsible for requests coming into the Design & Copywriting (D&C) team, ensuring a clear understanding of the requirements to be able to brief design, copywriting, videography or photography resource as required to ensure successful outcomes.
* Work closely with the Planning, Internal Communications, Digital, Events and Press Office teams to lead, communicate and present project updates on behalf of the D&C team, providing further support across the wider team as required.
* Maintain detailed project schedules and timelines to include monitoring workloads, distribution and prioritisation of tasks.
* Manage several external supplier contacts including printers, proof-readers, software providers, product manufacturers and more, to ensure quality of output, best value and that deadlines are met.
* Become a superuser for key platforms such as Creative Works (digital asset management library) and Mondaycom (project management system).

* A keen eye for detail with the ability to proofread content as required.
* Ability to multi-task, whilst meeting challenging deadlines.
