The role
As Service Manager you would be expected to provide a high quality, effective and tenant focused intensive housing management service to tenants in Supported Housing schemes. The successful applicant will be responsible for a small team of staff and 4 supported housing properties.
Petrus provides support services for people facing homelessness or in housing need. We are a charitable organisation and deliver both drop in and residential services in Rochdale and Oldham. The right fit
* Experience working in a management role delivering services to vulnerable people is essential.
* You will need expert knowledge of issues faced by homeless people including mental health, addiction and isolation.
* You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbally.
* You must have the ability to use KPIs to manage and improve service delivery.
* You will be confident to represent Petrus and build lasting relationships within The Regenda Group and with external partners.
* Excellent knowledge of safeguarding processes and funding streams.
* Experience reporting to trustees and boards is advantageous.
