Job Description In this role, you will be building awareness and understanding of Together among intermediaries (brokers), auction houses, corporates and more, nurture partner relationships - new and old, elevate our experts and demonstrate the types of customers we can help. As part of a job share you'll contribute to the devising and delivery of always-on initiatives and marketing campaigns that will bring to life our hero products such as bridging loans and Buy to Let mortgages as well as the breadth of our specialist lending proposition that spans personal and commercial finance. Through your work, you'll create messaging and collateral that builds understanding and educates B2B audiences about how Together can support the property ambitions of the self-employed, first-time buyers, and landlords and developers seeking to expand in social housing, to name but a few examples. Key Accountabilities Own the delivery of Marketing Communications plans across all audiences in line with business objectives, ensuring plans are aligned with those across the team and updated as required. Support the wider communications team as required across PR, social, events and content. Deliver the plans including but not limited to; booking & fulfilling channel media, B2B partner marketing, collateral and other sales initiatives. Manage own activity, ensuring robust and adhered-to processes are followed for budget management, risk management framework and marketing processes & systems - with particular reference to financial promotions Qualifications Own the delivery of Marketing Communications plans across all audiences in line with business objectives, ensuring plans are aligned with those across the team and updated as required. That said, we're open to applicants who would like to join a new sector. As this is an office-based job share we are looking for someone with excellent collaboration and communication skills and who is confident working with senior stakeholders. Having a combination of the following experience & Skills would be ideal: Experience within a similar Marketing Communications role in a fast paced business of considerable size and complexity Demonstrable experience of successfully delivering marketing communications plans and managing marketing activity ideally in B2B (Intermediary market preferred), with some B2C experience. Thrives on a fast-paced environment, demonstrates critical thinking and delivers to tight deadlines Creative thinker, put the audience need first, has strong attention to detail. Works cohesively, collaboratively and as one team.
