We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Senior Analyst/Data Scientist to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business. You will be integral in providing in-house business analysis and insights to drive more informed decision-making and strategic planning. Your expertise will help us improve business planning, develop stronger business cases, and ultimately enhance non-airport revenue streams. You will also support commercial negotiations and proactively address the commercial risks and challenges encountered in past projects. About You We are looking for someone who brings a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a genuine passion for data. Key skills and experiences include: Data Problem-Solving: Experience translating complex business issues into data problems and providing actionable solutions. Data Visualisation: Proven ability to create clear, engaging data visualisations that simplify complex data for stakeholders. Multitasking & Deadline Management: Experience balancing competing priorities and working effectively under tight deadlines. Passion for Analytics: A genuine curiosity to investigate, understand, and explain data patterns and trends. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, including employing basic statistical techniques and modelling a variety of scenarios. Technical Expertise: A good working knowledge of programming languages such as Python and/or R. Attention to Detail: Excellent accuracy and precision in data analysis and reporting. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to challenge assumptions and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, without the use of jargon.
