The Finance Manager, Anaplan Integration will be a leader within the Finance Solutions & Technology team supporting Project SigniFi, which is a multi-year program intended to deliver global standardization, enhance digital capabilities, and process simplification with the objective of enabling an improved and optimal employee experience and ultimately the J&J Finance Way. The Finance Manager, Anaplan Integration will work closely with an extended team of cross-functional experts. They will be engaged in supporting the Anaplan Admin, Upload models and will drive the further design, build, testing, and deployment of these functionalities. They will also support the Central Security Model and with a focus on ensuring that overall security design is compliant and meets business requirements. They will also work across squads to ensure that design and build across the architecture adheres to guiding principles and best practices, including building this out across the User Experience to drive a consistent and better end user experience. They will also play a key role in engaging with DDGR on changes in our data and reporting strategies. All of this comes together to deliver standardized Planning & Forecasting capabilities across J&J covering Pharm, Med Tech & Corporate. This individual must leverage a refined, multi-functional toolset of business expertise, technical knowledge, and digital acumen to effectively interact with a breadth of business & project stakeholders. The successful candidate must be able to engage and operate with program teams at an execution level, as well as with leadership at a strategic level. Focus on consistency across models and long-term sustainability will be key drivers. - Develop User Experience designs best practice and help to shape a better more consistent user experience across all models through engagement with squads and defining solutions by user case to be leveraged. - Conduct BST/UAT testing for future releases. - Business partner with the DDGR, CFIN and Reporting team representing Anaplan and provide feedback to the EP&A squads. - Support Anaplan DRB approvals and represent Anaplan in the DRB process ensuring that all planning DRB requests are in line with our guiding principles then approved in a timely fashion and ensure requisite reviews are completed and questions answered. Also represent EP&A perspective in DRB reviews and review impact of non-EP&A DRB requests on the planning environment. - Ensure that Security develops in line with SigniFi principles and assess any proposed changes working closely with SigniFi User Access team and any changes are fully tested and implemented successfully. Business owner of security SOD Document completing required reviews and ensure we stay in line with policy through build/development of models. - Work closely with the TPO's to ensure that all stories are reviewed in backlog refinement and that we identify, track and align on interdependencies across SigniFi to ensure E2E completeness and build is managed to have developments available at the right time and solutions are fully integrated across SigniFi. - Develop and deliver program presentations for business stakeholders and senior-level program leadership Qualifications - A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting - A minimum of 5 years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required. - Experience supporting Anaplan, Level 2 certification preferred - Experience designing, developing, implementing, and managing FP&A technology solutions is preferred - Experience in Anaplan Architecture assessment preferred. - Change management skills and the ability to work in ambiguous situations, including the ability to drive others to adapt to a changing environment is required. - Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, influencing skills and ability to develop strong relationships with executive leadership team members is required. - The ability to partner with, influence and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior management is required - Foundational project management skills are required. - Ability to work in ambiguous situations, proactively identifying and mitigating process risks within a cross-functional, global organization and effectively lead and govern decision-making bodies is required. - An innovative and continuous improvement mindset with the ability to translate a complex business operations landscape into a streamlined process design is preferred. - This role can be based outside of NA but presence in New Brunswick, NJ will be required on an ad hoc basis - The role may require 10%-25% domestic and/or international travel, based on the employee's home location
