We look forward to seeing you soon About the post As a Learning Mentor (SEND School Teaching Assistant), your work will be instrumental in helping these young people achieve their full potential and overcome challenges in their educational journey. Bring your experience working with children and young people with complex needs, or apply transferable skills from related fields, to make a meaningful impact in this role. What you will do: Play a key role in providing tailored support to pupils with special educational needs throughout all aspects of the school day Work with pupils both individually and in small groups supporting them to overcome barriers to learning, delivering teaching, providing positive behaviour support and delivering other focused interventions.
