Meeting Attendance : Participate in HOD, BEO, and Finance meetings, and stay informed about monthly revenue budgets and targets. Guest Satisfaction : Be passionate and confident in ensuring the well-being, satisfaction, and comfort of all guests, delivering a highly personalized service. Team Collaboration : Foster strong relationships with colleagues, demonstrating teamwork and flexibility to solve problems and answer queries. Service Excellence : Take pride in providing a personalized service that aligns with the luxury country hotel atmosphere. Technical Proficiency : Have a thorough understanding of all Front Office equipment, including Opera, Outlook, Word, and Email. Reservation Management : Be familiar with all reservation tasks to cover this role if needed, showcasing teamwork and flexibility. Restaurant Reservations : Efficiently handle restaurant reservations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, including availability, prices, and restrictions. Feedback & Maintenance : Record and follow up on comments of appreciation, suggestions, and maintenance points with integrity. Policy Adherence : Understand and adhere to current hotel and spa policies and procedures. Financial Responsibility : Take ownership of monies in your care, ensuring security and proper handling as per cashiering shifts and the Main Safe. Reception Manager - About you Previous experience as a Reception Manager in a hotel is essential. You are passionate about achieving hotel standards and genuinely care about guest experiences, striving to exceed expectations. You are a great leader, dedicated to developing your team.
