The Opportunity
This organisation is a private sector organisation based in Hillsborough. This organisation is looking to recruit a part-time administrator to assist with their office administration duties. In this role you will be responsible for the following:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, managing customer records, and preparing sales reports.
Handle customer enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain and update sales documentation and databases.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
Answer and manage the office telephone
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
