A client of mine, a prominent Housing Association and Property Maintenance Company, is seeking an experienced Plumber to join their Responsive Repairs Team in the Berkshire area.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Repairs to domestic plumbing installations\n\n * Vinyl floor laying\n\n * Installation of replacement sanitary ware, baths, shower trays, and associated equipment\n\n * Installation of kitchen sinks and new pipework (copper, speed fit, waste, rainwater)\n\n * Repairs and installation of sundry items such as taps, ball valves, and drainage stop taps\n\n * Installing and repairing water mains, heating system pipework, and domestic appliances (showers, washing machines)\n\n * Maintenance and renewal of cold water storage tanks\n\n * Work on vented and unvented cylinder heads (HWSS qualified or alternative)\n\nSkills & Qualifications:\n\n * NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing\n\n * Proven experience in all aspects of plumbing work\n\n * Strong customer service skills and experience working in occupied premises\n\n * Full UK Driving Licence (minimum 2 years' experience)\n\nSalary & Benefits:\n\n * £335 yearly Tool Allowance\n\n * £450 yearly flexible benefits pot\n\n * Uniform and PPE provided\n\n * 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (with an additional day each year, up to 30 days)\n\n * Option to buy/sell holiday\n\n * Company iPhone and iPad\n\n * Company pension scheme (matched up to 12%)\n\n * Life cover (4x annual salary)\n\n * SmartTech scheme – Buy electrical items and pay over 12 months via salary\n\nCompany van provided for travel within the role.\n\nIf you’re an experienced plumber seeking a stable full-time role with excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth, apply now
