Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring that their experience is enjoyable and memorable. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience is a great bonus and will be taken into consideration more fondly.
Use of initiative and lack of idleness will help you excel in this role.
Responsibilities
1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service.
2. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
3. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of service.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house areas, including dining spaces and service stations, anything visible to the guest, and our own storage/drop-off points.
5. Handle card transactions accurately, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
6. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
7. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.
8. Assist with catering events as required, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
Experience
1. Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred; training will be provided to cater to our own standards and requirements.
2. Skills in bartending or catering are advantageous.
3. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is beneficial.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Pay: £12.00-£20.00 per hour
