The successful candidate will: Have a level 3 qualification; Have previous, recent and successful experience of working within Foundation 1; Work collaboratively with the staff in Foundation 1 to deliver EYFS curriculum; Have an understanding of and a commitment to Inclusion; The ability to work as part of a team, but also use own initiative when required; Have an understanding of strategies for managing behavior; Is able to build and maintain effective relationships with pupils; Adapt to changing circumstances in a positive manner; Have a friendly, fair and caring nature, who is reliable and dependable; Has a good sense of humour.
