We are seeking a dedicated Purchase Ledger Clerk to support their Purchase Ledger Manager within a dynamic AP team. This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Day-to-day of the role: Process supplier invoices and ensure they are approved correctly. Handle queries and resolve any issues related to invoices promptly. Reconcile supplier accounts and statements to maintain accurate financial records. Prepare weekly payment runs to ensure timely transactions. Check and process staff expenses, managing the AP & Expenses inbox efficiently. Set up new supplier accounts and amend supplier details upon receiving correct documentation. Perform ad-hoc duties as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the AP department. Required Skills & Qualifications: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel. Proactive and positive attitude. Proven ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines. Strong team player with the ability to also work independently. Excellent attention to detail, proactive approach, and flexibility in handling various tasks. Good communication skills, capable of building strong internal and external relationships.
