Description
* Manage and monitor rent and other property-related financial transactions
* Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
* Develop and implement efficient rent collection strategies
* Liaise with tenants to resolve rent-related issues
* Collaborate with the accounting & finance team to improve financial processes
* Maintain updated records of income and expenditure
* Assist in budget preparation and financial planning
* Comply with financial policies and legislation
Profile
A successful Rent & Finance Officer should have:
* Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
* Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
* Good understanding of how to operate a rent ledger
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Offer
