The Opportunity:
This post is full-time (35 hours per week); however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. These posts offer an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support to the Edinburgh Medical School volunteer patient and simulated patient programmes. There are two full-time posts available. One will provide support to the Edinburgh Simulated Patient Programme who supply volunteers required for undergraduate assessments and teaching, as well as Postgraduate assessments. The second post will provide support to the EPPSAT Programme (Edinburgh Patient PartnerShip in Assessment and Teaching) who supply patients for Edinburgh Medical School, Royal College of Physicians and Royal College of Surgeons examinations, as well as supporting teaching. Both posts involve working closely with our volunteer patient partners, Royal Colleges and Postgraduate teachers as well as recruitment to and development of both programmes. The salary for this post is £28,879 to £33,232 per annum. Please note pay scale increases are anticipated from March 2025.
