About the Role Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4, following the National Curriculum. Create engaging and stimulating lesson plans that cater to a diverse range of learning styles. Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress and inform future teaching. Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's Maths curriculum. Play a key role in the Maths department, fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the school's wider development. The Person We Seek A qualified Maths Teacher (QTS) with a proven track record of success. Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring a love of Maths in students. Strong communication, interpersonal and classroom management skills. The ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. A commitment to professional development and a willingness to learn new strategies. Experience working in a diverse and inclusive setting is desirable.
