About the Roles:

Responsibilities:
Instruction and Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in accordance with the national curriculum.
Student Assessment: Assess and record students' progress and provide feedback to students, parents, and administrators.
Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, manage classroom behaviour, and maintain discipline.
Student Support: Identify students' varying learning needs, and provide individualised instruction and support to help them succeed.
Parent Communication: Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about students' progress, needs, and any issues that arise.
Professional Development: Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational trends.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, including other teachers, support staff, and school leadership, to ensure a cohesive approach to education.
Resource Management: Organize and manage classroom resources, including educational materials, supplies, and technology.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) .
Experience teaching in primary education settings.
Strong classroom management skills.
