E-COMMERCE MANAGER
At Small Beer we champion the mid-strength category, exclusively brewing beer styles designed to meet the demands of modern life.
As we enter our next stage of growth we are looking to significantly grow our direct to consumer sales channel as well as scale a new evolution of our existing subscription program. As a result, we are looking for someone pro-active, enthusiastic and with a passion for all things E-commerce to join our big thinking team.
This role will sit within the Growth Team and work closely with colleagues as well as Small Beer Founders to deliver and report on a best-in-class e-commerce strategy across our website, social media and email database.
The successful candidate would be able to demonstrate prior experience in formulating, executing and reporting on campaigns and output and use analytics to test and improve continuously.

As our E-Commerce Manager, you can expect to be responsible for:
* The growth strategy for the Small Beer Subscription program
* Running effective and cost efficient paid media across Google, Meta & Amazon in line with budgets
* Managing Content and SEO strategy for the Small Beer website to increase traffic.
* Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics and KPIs across e-Com, website & SEO
* Identifying trends and insights, and optimising spend and performance based on insights.
* Managing performance and listings across Amazon.
* Owning the newsletter strategy and working with the wider business to produce engaging content and copy for mailers, social and press releases.
* Working as part of a tight-knit team to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns and NPD launches.
* Work closely with our in-house designer to plan & deliver social content in line with our strategy across social feeds.
* Reporting on a monthly basis to Small Beer Co-Founders.
* Comms calendar management for strategies being implemented across our online business.
Our ideal candidate will have:
● Proven working experience in online sales and subscription growth.
● Demonstrable experience managing SEO and email campaigns
● Experience with A/B testing and reporting
● A confident understanding of website analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo)
● Ability to set up and optimise Google Adword, Meta, Reddit and X campaigns
● Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript
● An eye for detail & excellent organisation skills
● A positive, can-do, solution-led attitude.
● A willingness to learn and throw themselves into all tasks
● Photography, Videography, Design & Photoshop are skillsets that would be warmly welcomed.
● Website coding knowledge welcomed but not essential.
Job details: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm with 1 hour lunch break. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. From time-to-time you may be asked to join in at events, festivals and other activities that see you working outside of these hours.
