Hybrid working: 2 days at Home, 3 days in the Office per week
12-month FTC, with potential for permanent position
Learning & Development / L&D Assistant’s Core Duties
1. Create best practices to support learning objectives and ensure efficiencies
2. Maintain the learning management system (LMS)
3. Deliver leading training programmes and develop internal and external client relationships
4. Support in the development and delivery of local and global training programmes
5. Work with external suppliers for key training services and accommodation
6. Assume budget responsibility for training course fees and charges
Learning & Development / L&D Assistant’s Skills Required
7. GCSE Maths & English (C or above) and A’ Level qualifications or equivalent
8. Degree in HR, Business Management, or Events Management discipline (desirable)
9. CIPD qualification (desirable)
Learning & Development / L&D Assistant’s Key Experience
10. 2 years’ experience in a similar role or in training course administration or events
11. Experience in a Professional Services organisation
12. Strong organisational and project management skills
13. Excellent IT skills, in particular MS Office - experience with SAP (desirable)
14. Excellent written and spoken English
15. Excellent attention to detail
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with customer service focus
17. Strong stakeholder management and able to push back
18. Experience working with external suppliers (desirable)
19. Experience working in a multi-location organisation and across cultures (desirable)
20. Willingness to travel to site visits and to the London office as required
