We are currently recruiting an IT Specialist to support the senior management team and colleagues with technical advice and administrative support.
Responsibilities Include:
1. CRM System maintenance and updating.
2. Liaise with All My Systems to plan future improvements.
3. Provide general IT support.
4. Assist, where required and when workload permits, with the following:
1. Create technical drawings.
2. Nest lasered components.
3. Raise invoices.
4. Arrange deliveries and collections.
Skills Required:
1. Proficiency in the working of servers, networks, computers and peripherals.
2. Extensive knowledge of system security and procedures for protecting the organisation’s data from intrusion or corruption.
3. Excellent communication and customer support skills.
4. Advanced knowledge about hardware and software configuration.
5. Ability to prioritise tasks and create their work schedules with minimal supervision.
6. Excellent troubleshooting, creative and technical problem-solving skills.
