We have a vacancy within our Admin Department and are currently recruiting for the role of an Administration Office Assistant on a 5-month Fixed Term Contract. We are looking for candidates who have relevant and proven experience seeking an opportunity to develop their skills and join a growing Organisation. Shift Pattern: Day shift - 39 hours per week working 07.30 to 16.30 Monday to Thursday, and 07.30 to 12.30 on Fridays, with designated breaks. Location: Accrofab Alcester Limited- B49 6EH Main Duties and Responsibilities: Creation and implementation of key Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) General administration and office duties including filing, post, email, and data entry Efficient answering of the telephone and door Effective communication with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and company personnel Participation in team meetings where required Printing Route Cards and Manufacturing packs Efficient processing of PODs, including the, chasing, sorting, scanning, and filing of paperwork. Supporting production control routines Raising purchase requisitions Raising change requests Processing of confidential HR administration Compilation of training records Collating data in support of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) Person Specification: Experience with Microsoft Office ERP Systems Ability to work in a varied role. Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills. Attention to detail, good quality and accuracy. Adherence to standard operating procedures. Effective communication skills.
