DASH launched in 2017 and has quickly become the market leading brand in a category that has grown over 150% YoY in the UK. DASH has an industry-leading DTC platform, and in 2025 will sell about 40 million cans in 20+ international markets with notable retailers including: Sainsbury's, Tesco, Waitrose, Ocado and M&S.

Job role:
We are looking for an exceptional copywriter and storytelling mastermind to take DASH's marketing strategy to the next level.
We are open to applications on a full-time or part-time basis.
* Refine, own, and uphold DASH's brand tone of voice, and be the heart of our brand's storytelling.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling copy for a range of platforms, from video scripts and blog posts to billboards and TV ads.
* Build strong relationships with external agencies and creators, ensuring they understand and align with our brand's tone of voice.
* Use data and insight to continuously refine and optimise copy across all channels.
* Work closely with the social media team to come up with content ideas.
* Support the social team in content creation.
Requirements
Experience we are looking for:
* 3+ years in a copy-led creative role, with a focus on social media.
* Previous experience within a creative agency would be beneficial.
* Proven copywriting and storytelling skills.
* Strong creative strategy experience and understanding of the marketing channel mix.
* Experience collaborating with agencies, freelancers, and content creators to deliver high-quality creative work.
* Confidence in presenting ideas to stakeholders and advocating for your creative vision.
* Nice to have: Filming and editing video skills.
