What youll be doing Working as part of a team your main responsibilities will be: To ensure business retention and growth, limit exposure to risk by ensuring compliance in health and safety, food safety and finance Plan and conduct compliance audits and ensure that the business is complying with all relevant legislation Support the Operations team in all areas of health and safety, food safety, finance and compliance Support contract mobilisations and be able provide operational cover as and when required which may involve cooking and ad hoc site management Maintain and communicate Company policies and procedures regarding health and safety, food safety and finance and liaise with external parties as necessary Maintain and audit all areas of ISO accreditation and compliance What were looking for The Compliance Auditor will need to have a great personality, strong communication skills, great teamwork ethic, integrity and an eye for detail and process. Our ideal Compliance Auditor should : Have a practical craft-based background with experience of contract catering and auditing Be able to demonstrate high audit scores in their current role Be passionate about food safety, health and safety, financial systems and compliance Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to conduct audits and provide feedback in a professional manner with positive outcomes Possess the ability to help embed a zero tolerance culture towards food safety, health and safety and financial incidents Be able to identify and mitigate risk, and assist the business with proactive solutions Whats on offer?
