The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships within the manned guarding sector. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their unique security needs. Conduct regular client meetings, both in person and remotely, to review service performance and discuss any concerns. Ensure that all contractual obligations are met, and any issues are promptly addressed. Account Growth & Development: Identify opportunities for account expansion and upsell additional security services to existing clients. Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and present tailored security solutions. Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and foster long-term partnerships. Operations & Service Delivery: Oversee the day-to-day management of security operations at client sites, ensuring all contracts are delivered to the highest standards. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the correct number and quality of security personnel are deployed. Monitor service delivery through regular site visits and performance evaluations. Financial Management: Manage account budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability. Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, including service levels, staffing costs, and any other relevant metrics. Assist in the preparation and negotiation of client contracts, ensuring they align with company policies and profitability targets. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all security personnel are fully trained and compliant with Health & Safety regulations. Carry out regular risk assessments and ensure the implementation of necessary actions. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including HR, Operations, and HR teams, to deliver seamless service to clients. Provide feedback and training to the security officers deployed at client sites to ensure high-quality service. Key Requirements: Experience: Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a customer-facing role within the security industry, specifically within manned guarding, preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts, build relationships, and identify opportunities for growth. Experience in managing budgets, financial reports, and operational delivery. Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving ability and the ability to resolve client issues efficiently.
