Purpose of the Job:
Support the team lead in the collection of debt from escalated key accounts, ensuring KPIs are achieved through effective debt collection.
Key Skills, Experience & Knowledge:
* 2+ years' experience in Credit Control/Debt Recovery
* Proficient in Excel, ability to reconcile large volumes of data
* Experience in line management, coaching, and team motivation.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to prioritise and coordinate team activities.
* Analytical skills with attention to detail.
