Working as part of a small HR team for a leading leisure business in EMEA, you will work as an ER Consultant. Reporting to the HR Director you will be responsible for being the ER subject matter expert for the UK and EMEA including Works councils. You will be responsible for ensuring the contracts are up to date, reviewing and updating policies and procedures in line with new employment legislation and managing ER casework as it arises. You will also be responsible for upskilling and training managers to manage initial and lower level ER casework.
The successful applicant will be an ER specialist who has worked in a commercial (retail, leisure, hospitality) background where you will have supported the UK and EMEA. You will be able to demonstrate where you have worked with Trade Unions and Works Councils on ER matters and will have experience of reviewing and updating policies and procedures.
It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to the duration of the contract, working 4 days per week from the office.
