Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
1. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
2. Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing nursing interventions.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting all relevant information regarding treatment and progress.
4. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
5. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
6. Conduct physical examinations and evaluate patients' health status through observation and assessment.
7. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards of practice.
Requirements
1. Valid registration as a nurse with the appropriate regulatory body.
2. Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols and patient care practices.
3. Proficient understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
5. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
6. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not essential for newly qualified nurses willing to learn.
