We are seeking an experienced Field Support Specialist to join our team in the North/North West part of the M25.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineer to provide technical support and assistance to clients within the Thames Valley region, focusing on water quality monitoring solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Installation, commissioning, preventative and reactive maintenance, customer technical support, and customer training
* Supporting client sites with equipment installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting
* Creating reports using MS Word and MS Excel
* Training customers on installation and operation of equipment
* Providing technical support via phone, email, and the company's customer services platform
* Front-end project management of client roll-out initiatives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in electrical maintenance
* Experience as a field support engineer ideally within the water industry
* Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
What We Offer
