This Ofsted outstanding specialist community school local to you is currently seeking a permanent Individual Needs Assistant to join their warm and welcoming school. This is your opportunity to join a school recognised for making a difference, standing apart from the norm and showing true commitment to offering an education to SEN learners that meets every learner's specific needs. The school supports learners with complex SEN needs and currently has capacity for 110 learners between the ages of 5-19 years.
This position is needed on a permanent basis and is a full-time opportunity. Applicants for this position must be available Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30pm. Full training will be provided and you will have immediate access to free and fully funded qualifications. This school and team are invested in the staff's futures as well as the learners.

Minimum Requirements:
* Relevant SEN experience
* Experience (voluntary or paid) working with children and young adults
* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
* Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
* Supporting in the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons and educational activities
* Supporting learners with SEN on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis
