Commission Based Role for first 3 months this is based on targets and KPI's Responsibilities: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and target industries. Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. Engage with prospects to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads for further nurturing and conversion. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities and outcomes in the CRM system. Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new lead generation opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets to contribute to the overall sales objectives. Qualifications: Proven experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects. Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities to overcome objections and convert leads into opportunities. Proficient in using CRM software and other lead generation tools. Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
