The Service Advisor will be responsible for coordinating repairs, managing customer relationships, and supporting the team. Key Responsibilities of a Service Advisor: Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and handle their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care. Service Coordination: Coordinate the repair process, ensuring that customers are kept informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs. Estimate Preparation: Assist in preparing accurate repair estimates and work with insurance companies to facilitate the approval process. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to ensure timely repairs and minimal customer wait times. Documentation Management: Maintain and organise all necessary documentation related to vehicle repairs and customer interactions. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of three professionals to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow. Requirements of the Service Advisor: Experience: Previous experience in a service advisor role, preferably in the automotive or accident repair industry. Organisational Skills: Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
