Ecommerce Key Account Manager

Macgregor Black are partnering with a Global Market Leading Consumer Electronics/ Housewares Brand, on the search for a Ecommerce Key Account Manager. This is a permanent role based in Stoke-On-Trent
As eKAM You will be responsible for leading, managing and developing a portfolio of brands and their top listings. This role will focus on sell out, monitoring day to day rate of sale and PPM to keep in line with budgets.
You will own an account/category within SDA or CW and will be responsible for quarterly commercial planning cycles
Work closely with the eCommerce Directors to deliver agreed sales, margin and performance KPIs.
Using a data-driven approach, you will draw insight and make recommendations to internal team members to drive account performance and implement various strategic objectives.
Continual UX adjustments / AB testing to drive conversion – we’re looking for someone who can really ‘think big’!
Proven track record working within a sales environment and results driven – eComm experience desirable.
Financial acumen: a good understanding of P&L management is necessary.
Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
