Job Description
Provide administrative assistance as required to the Sales team.
Maintain Sales collateral and create and update PowerPoint presentations for the Sales and Conferences department.
Prepare a variety of weekly and monthly Sales reports.
Maintain all department records and tracking sheets, including contracts, FAM trips, SPs, site inspections, and MICE Tracking.
Make reservations for dining outlets arranged as part of the client’s booking.
Support in preparing proposals, contracts, and internal BEO as required.
Block guest rooms and function spaces in property management software.
Set up a filing system for all relevant and important correspondence or documents.
Establish a commercial database according to specific sources, updating and maintaining the systems accurately.
Update the guest database regularly.
Implement a daily follow-up system.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Dept. Head.
Thoroughly familiarize oneself with the Hotel’s emergency procedures and be prepared for any emergencies that may occur.
Be familiar with all related company documentation, especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility.
Assist in Task Force Teams for new openings.
Carry out any other reasonable task (which may not be stated here) as requested.
Qualifications
Minimum two years of experience in the same position in a 5-star hotel and a high school degree.
