A pivotal role working across the business the Venue Management Administrator will report directly to the Facilities Manager, this role is responsible for the effective management and administration of Titanic Belfast’s computerised maintenance system which supports the implementation of a planned building maintenance programme and the management of all reactive maintenance requirements across our venues, carried out both in house and by our authorised sub-contractors.
The Venue Management Administrator will monitor all system content and ensure that all relevant information is recorded and retained securely. You will be the central purchasing point for the Facilities department specifically in terms of contracted services, in line with the buildings pre planned maintenance programme.
This role has some responsibilities which extend beyond the Facilities Department which would take up 20% of the overall role.
· To support the Head of Operations with some of our support services such as car park system management, and management of all confidential incident and accident data.
· To support the Head of Departments by assuming the responsibilities of Data Protection Officer for the business, ensuring the company is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulations.
· Supporting the Health and Safety Action Team by attending meetings and recording minutes
