Responsibility
• Manage purchase orders, supplier invoices, and financial tracking, support budget management and project-related expenses.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, CV reviews, and onboarding.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide day-to-day support to the management team and site staff, ensure all the onsite appointments are attended timely manner
• Organize and maintain documentation, including compliance and project records.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure all work aligns with industry standards and regulations.
•Follow up the progress of each project on weekly basis and provide a summary of update to the line manager
Key Skills
• Prior experience in administration within the construction industry (preferred).
• Knowledge of purchase orders, finance tracking, and recruitment processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and experience pf working with any corporate software software is a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills to handle customer and supplier interactions effectively.
