We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Revit Technician to join their dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career in a collaborative and supportive environment. You will be an integral part of our design team, working closely with architects, designers, and engineers to develop detailed and accurate Revit models that bring our clients’ visions to life.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage Revit models for a variety of residential and commercial projects.
* Produce high-quality technical drawings and documentation from Revit for construction and planning stages.
* Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure accurate and coordinated design solutions.
* Perform clash detection, identify design conflicts, and propose solutions.
* Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards and procedures.
* Mentor and support junior Revit technicians and CAD designers in best practices and Revit usage.
* Ensure all work complies with current building regulations and industry standards.
* Attend project meetings, site visits, and client presentations as required.
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Revit Technician, preferably in a residential or commercial setting.
* Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
* Strong understanding of building construction, UK Building Regulations, and construction detailing.
* Experience in BIM Level 2 standards and knowledge of BIM protocols.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to deadlines.
* Relevant qualifications in architecture, construction, or a related field.
