We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage our brand’s presence across key platforms: Meta (Facebook + Instagram), X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn. You will play a pivotal role in building our online community, driving engagement, and amplifying our brand voice. WHERE YOU’LL PLAY
1. Channel Management:
Develop and implement bespoke strategies for each platform (Meta, X, LinkedIn) that align with overarching marketing objectives and audience insights.
Maintain an up-to-date content calendar to ensure consistent and high-quality output across all channels.
1. Content Creation:
Brief and oversee platform-specific content, ensuring all outputs are engaging, platform-first and on-brand.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other stakeholders to bring creative concepts to life.
1. Community Engagement:
Actively manage and grow online communities by responding to comments, messages, and engaging in relevant conversations.
Build authentic relationships with followers, influencers, and industry professionals to foster brand loyalty.
1. Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to inform strategy.
Use data-driven insights to refine content and campaigns for optimal results.
1. Trendspotting & Innovation:
Stay informed about platform updates, social media trends, and emerging tools to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
Propose and implement experimental content ideas to test new formats and approaches.
ALL ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who is a natural communicator, highly organised, and passionate about elevating brand presence through engaging content and innovative campaigns.
Essential Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook + Instagram), X, and LinkedIn for brands or organisations.
2. Demonstrable success in growing engagement and driving measurable results through social media campaigns.
3. Excellent ability to translate insights and performance learnings into clear and actionable content briefs.
4. Strong communications skills with excellent attention to detail and an ability to adapt tone of voice.
5. Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social) as well as platform-specific insights tools.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills:
1. Knowledge of SEO principles and how they impact social media content.
2. Industry-specific knowledge, e.g., sustainability, fashion, footwear.
