The role:
This challenging and exciting role will involve liaising with our existing and new client base once they have booked campaigns with us to ensure their marketing delivers the outstanding results they expect.
You will be expected to –
1. Work with our internal Sales Team once client orders have been placed to understand client requirements
2. Undertake onboarding calls and meetings with clients to understand their needs
3. Liaise with clients throughout the day to progress email marketing campaigns and update them on the status of their campaign
4. Work with our internal creative team to develop client marketing campaigns for both online and offline communications
5. Manage our client marketing timetable
6. Report to clients after marketing campaigns and undertake debriefing calls
7. Work with the internal Finance Team to collect payments
8. Maintain a portfolio of work we carry out

9. Proficient with Microsoft Office software
10. Meticulous, focussed and well organised with a keen eye for detail
11. Able to remain calm and focussed when under pressure
12. Able to meet deadlines
13. Self-motivated and able to work independently
14. Proactive, confident, and able to build quick, long lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues
Full training will be given to the successful candidate so, whilst prior experience would be ideal, it is not essential.
