Role
As Head of Sales, you will spearhead Photocert’s sales efforts, primarily focusing on the UK market, with potential expansion into the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for refining and expanding our sales process. This is a new role and therefore you will have the opportunity to make a major impact within the company, driving both new client acquisition and retention in the insurance vertical.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies, identifying optimal
client profile, and ensuring continuous pipeline growth.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key
industry decision-makers, including C-level executives.
* Deal Negotiation: Own complex deal negotiations and close major contracts
that align with long-term business goals.
* Team Development: Create, mentor and manage the sales team members.
* Strategic Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and drive geographic
expansion.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and technical
teams to align sales efforts with product development.
Your Qualifications
* Industry Expert: 7-10 years of experience in insurance technology sales with a
track record of sales success.
* Entrepreneurial Leader: Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working
independently.
* Solution selling: Strong influencing and negotiation skills; consultative and
collaborative style; ability to develop and maintain effective relationships
internally and externally at an enterprise level.
* Negotiation Pro: Skilled in closing large-scale, long-term deals.
* Market Knowledge: Existing relationships with both the London insurance
market overall and the Lloyd’s market specifically.
