The variation youre looking for in a role is right here as youll also be active within our communities, completing inspections, walkabouts and attend accompanied viewings to name but a few A few key points from our role profile: Work alongside communities, voluntary groups and partners to achieve the aims and objectives of our Community Engagement Strategy; Develop and maintain effective relationships with partner agencies. Effectively deal with enquiries received from customers in a timely manner offering advice, signposting or hand-on to the most relevant officer/service Ensure records and documents are uploaded promptly on the appropriate electronic filing systems. Support the Tenancy Management Officer with recording and processing tenancy management requests, including undertaking home visits for tenancy assignments, mutual exchanges and successions, ensuring they are actioned in a way which demonstrates effortless customer experience.
