We are seeking a Digital Activation Manager to help us continue to build the future of food. You will be based in Milton Keynes, and report to the Regional Head of Marketing for Central Europe. You will be part of a great community of people based in our locations across Europe – Sweden, Norway, Finland, The Baltic States, Denmark, Netherlands, Austria and the UK & Ireland. In this role as Digital Activation Manager, you will own the planning and execution of the digital calendar and activities for the Central Europe markets (UK, Ireland, Netherlands & Belgium). The main target of this role is to create new sales leads and drive the consumer & customer digital engagement. What you will do: Define the digital marketing activations as part of the CE annual marketing plan and ensure that the digital activations support the local ATL/BTL plan in an effective way Ensure that the digital activations support the local customer prioritizations and marketing tasks Ensure our digital platforms are optimised with up to date and relevant content and be the key owner of digital product assets (texts, images, moving material etc) as well as campaign assets (banners etc) Responsible for the always-on content calendar locally Responsible for content and editor management for own and customers channels – including CRM and social media Implement global campaigns in the local markets Manage the quantitative and qualitative analysis of our local digital activities to identify improvements Drive engagement and lead generation through online activation Responsible for owning and optimising e-commerce journey to support customer platforms Secures brand consistency across our online channels Implements and maintain the SEO and SEM in local language Gives input to central function on needed technical developments Implements the corporate brand communications on local sites Drives projects within areas of responsibility What we expect from you: You would be a great fit for us if your background and experience looks similar to this: Business-manager minded digital marketing expert with Foodservice or FMCG business background in digital marketing and E-commerce. B2B / wholesaler experience a positive. At least 3-5 years’ experience in a digital marketing role (digital/social media planning and analytics). Up to date technical capabilities on platforms and digital channels – ideally including: CMS Social media channels – inc. Instagram, Facebook and Linked In Newsletters via HubSpot Adobe Photoshop SEO Google Adwords / Analytics Brandbank / Erudus International mindset, business-minded, inspiring, innovative, analytical and result oriented. Self-driven, motivated, structured, fact based and possess the ability to make things happen.
