Role Overview
The role of the Human Resources Manager will involve:
1. Supporting the Senior Management Team in spearheading the overall HR operations and assisting in the delivery of strategic objectives across the business.
2. Leading the full recruitment and selection process, including collating applications, organising interviews, and attending interviews as required.
3. Drafting offer letters and other associated documents for the onboarding of successful candidates.
4. Carrying out the inductions of permanent and agency new starters.
5. Supporting the management and employees with advice and guidance on employee relations.
6. Managing complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence reviews.
7. Supporting the Senior Management Team in the delivery of Performance Development Reviews.
Ideal Applicant
The ideal applicant will be a Human Resources Manager with:
1. HR Management experience or operated at a senior human resources level.
2. Experience within the construction industry (not essential).
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion, empathy, and diplomacy.
4. IT literacy (Microsoft Office).
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Personable, team player, driven, and enthusiastic.
