Administration Assistant (IT Overheads)

This is a newly created role based at our Leicester office. We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-organised individual to provide admin support to our IT Team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong administrative backgrounds looking to gain experience in an IT environment or those transitioning into a tech-supporting role without deep technical knowledge. This role will suit someone who has a passion for technology and a desire to join a busy IT Department.
The team provides support for over 1,700 users covering multiple sites located throughout England and Scotland. The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude, excellent phone manners, and be confident under pressure.
The role will be office-based, with some flexibility to work remotely on agreed days. The successful candidate will be performing general IT admin support duties and support the IT teams as part of the IT Service Delivery role.

As an Administration Assistant with Bellrock, you’ll do it by:
* Obtaining quotations from our approved suppliers for equipment and software, licence renewals.
* Liaising with suppliers on any issues with orders and deliveries.
* Raising orders for IT equipment purchases and updating records of all purchases.
* Liaising with the Procurement team to set up new suppliers on our system.
* Conducting weekly stock checks of all IT equipment to ensure continued stock flow.
* Adding contracts into our ManageEngine Service Management platform and obtaining renewal prices.
* Managing our mobile phone portal including carrying out all sim swaps, phone updates, and ports.
* Creating mobile phone usage reports, checking leavers tickets for spare mobile numbers, and allocating them to new starters.
* Processing IT invoices over to the finance team and liaising with finance and the suppliers on any payment requests.
* Updating telecoms spreadsheet and liaising with telecom suppliers on any changes and cancellations.
* Organising for the IT Recycling company to collect IT equipment for disposal and keeping a record of certification and updating asset disposal information in ManageEngine.
* Updating asset information to finance for their invoice summary log for external audits.
What does it take?
If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as an Administration Assistant, you’ll need:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
* Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Working arrangements
