With a growing commercial operation, expanding hospitality offerings, and a vibrant sponsorship portfolio, we are looking for a talented and driven Commercial & Partnership's Executive to support the club's commercial success.

Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking a motivated, pro-active and highly organised Commercial & Partnerships Executive to join our busy team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation and execution of the club's commercial activities. The Commercial & Partnerships Executive will work across partnerships, hospitality, events, and matchday operations to deliver great experiences for partners, clients, and supporters.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnerships:
* Assist in the delivery of partner activations, ensuring all contractual rights are fulfilled
* Support the Commercial Director in managing relationships with sponsors, ensuring they receive best-in-class service
* Coordinate branding, signage, and advertising assets to maximise sponsor exposure
* Provide detailed post-campaign reports and insights for key partners
Hospitality & Events:
* Oversee the operational delivery of hospitality packages for partners, ensuring seamless experiences on matchdays and non-cricket events
* Support sales teams by managing bookings, client enquiries, and on-the-day execution
Matchday & Venue Operations:
* Act as a key contact for commercial partners and corporate guests
* Manage ticketing for hospitality guests and sponsors
* Ensure all commercial areas, including branding zones and activation spaces, are prepared and presented professionally
General Commercial Support:
* Assist in research and prospecting for new sponsorship and hospitality opportunities
* Maintain commercial databases, ensuring accurate records of client interactions
* Support marketing and digital teams in creating compelling content for sponsors and hospitality packages
* Track key performance metrics across commercial partnerships and matchday activations

Requirements:
Person Specification:
* Experience in commercial, sponsorship, events, or hospitality roles, ideally within sport, entertainment, or events
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Confident and professional communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* A problem-solver with a proactive and adaptable approach
* Passion for sport, particularly cricket, and a desire to contribute to the club's success
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and matchdays
You will need to have the Right to Work in the UK or be able to obtain this by the start date. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

* This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week over 5 days. During the busy cricket season, you will be expected to work some evenings and weekends
