Job Title: Level 2 Early Years Educator

Job Duties:
* Plan and implement activities to meet the individual needs of children
* Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and develop
* Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
* Work in partnership with parents and other professionals to support children's development
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
* Adhere to safeguarding and health and safety policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
* Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification
* Valid DBS check
* First Aid certificate
Education:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:
* Previous experience working in an early years setting
* Experience implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of child development and learning theories
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification
* SENCO qualification
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, temporary position
* Work in an early years setting with young children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
