Are you passionate about supporting students and making a real difference in their educational journey? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dynamic team in Gosport.
This is role is to start after Easter for the summer term.
About the Role: As an HLTA, you will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students across a variety of subjects. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading small group sessions and one-on-one support.
* Assisting with lesson preparation and delivering structured learning activities.
* Supporting students with additional learning needs.
* Promoting positive behavior and creating a welcoming, inclusive environment.
* Collaborating with teachers and other staff to assess student progress.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in an educational setting (preferably as an HLTA or Teaching Assistant).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for working with children and supporting their individual needs.
* HLTA qualification or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
* A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach.
